With nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, grant strategy, and conservation program development, I’ve built my career at the intersection of science, storytelling, and sustainability. From developing environmental education programs to managing a $160M capital campaign at the Seattle Aquarium, I’ve learned that the most successful projects are those rooted in clarity, collaboration, and trust.

As a grant strategist and consultant, my role goes far beyond writing proposals. I partner with teams to design programs with strong outcomes, feasible timelines, and holistic budgets. But what truly drives me is relationship-building. I’m known as a trusted advisor who collaborates closely with senior leadership, program staff, and external partners to align funding strategies with organizational priorities, mitigate risk, and maximize impact.
